Patricia C. Marshall, Ph. D., BCC
Hello!  Let me introduce myself to you.  I have a passion for helping people.  I have been in the business of helping people throughout my career as a psychologist evaluating public education programs, a university psychology professor working with college-age students and adults returning to school, as a professional coach, and as a writer.
I earned my Ph. D. in Social Psychology from the University of California.  I worked in the public school system as a researcher and program evaluator for the next decade.  I then started my own consulting business providing educational research, program evaluation, strategic planning, and accreditation services to public school entities.  I also taught at the university level as an adjunct professor for several years and began my coaching career in 2012. During my time as a professor, I coached students through career exploration and graduate school admissions, as well as many personal aspects of their lives.

From 2012 on, I have had the privilege of working with many individuals and couples in pursuit of their goals.  I also conduct workshops and give presentations on various topics throughout the community.  And...I love to write.  I publish blog posts on this site that are designed to support growth and personal transformation in all areas of life, but particularly in the area of relationships.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for many, many years.  We have three adult children, two sons-in-law, two granddaughters, and one dog.  I live on the beautiful Central Coast of California and I enjoy reading, writing, gardening, and walking my dog.  My husband and I enjoy working out and reading together, visiting family and friends, and worshiping together at our non-denominational Christian church.
